Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], July 25: Following its recognition as the Best Gujarati Feature Film at the 72nd National Film Awards (2026), the makers of Maaran have officially unveiled the film’s trailer across all major digital platforms, offering audiences a compelling first look at one of the year’s most anticipated cinematic releases. Produced by CineMan Productions alongside Nayan Jain, Amit Desai, and Abhishek Jain, the movie is set to release exclusively in cinemas on 31st July, 2026.
Directed by Abhishek Jain and written by Divya Mahendrabhai Thakore, Maaran brings together an exceptional ensemble cast including Deeksha Joshi, Yash Soni, Shruhad Goswami, Tarjani Bbhadla, Abhinay Banker, Vaishakh Rathodd, Kukul Tarmaster, Prachi Thaker, Dheirya Thakkar, Druma Mehta, Morli Patel, and Garima Bharadwaj. Emphasizing the film’s core message, the makers shared that Maaran is a deeply moving narrative belonging to every family and society that believes women deserve to live with dignity and freedom, expressing their gratitude for the early National Award recognition and encouraging fans to experience the story on the big screen.
The production is backed by a stellar creative team, featuring atmospheric cinematography by Pratik Parmar (with Associate DOP Dhrupad Shukla), evocative music composed by Aalap-Parth paired with lyrics by Bhargav Purohit, and immersive sound design by Ajit Singh Rathore. The world of the film is brought to life through costume design by Niki Joshi, production design by Sheel Thakore, hair and make-up design by Hetul Tapodhan, and sharp editing by Omkar Nilange, Harsh Anandani, and Devarshi Barot.
