Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], August 13: Meinhardt India, one of the world’s largest project management consultancy (PMC) and design engineering firms headquartered in Singapore, today announced the appointment of Mr. Dibakar Dutta as General Manager – Business Development, North East, based at the company’s Kolkata office.
In his new role, Mr. Dutta will lead Meinhardt India’s business development initiatives across the North East region, strengthening the firm’s presence and driving growth in infrastructure, real estate, and urban development projects.
Meinhardt India has had a strong presence in the country for over 25 years and has provided services in the sectors of urban planning, urban infrastructure design, water and sanitation, airports, metro rail, tunnels, highways, and landmark structures including statues, museums, buildings, and factories.
Meinhardt India has been an integral part of Kolkata’s development landscape for several years, having provided its engineering and consultancy services to landmark projects including ITC Sonar Bangla, South City Tower, South City Mall, Urbana, and the Emami township on Jessore Road. The firm has also served as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the Kolkata Metro.
Beyond Kolkata, Meinhardt India has provided services for several landmark projects across India, including the Statue of Unity, Bhogapuram Airport, Hyderabad Airport, and the museum at Vadnagar.
